TelAuthority Appoints Telecom Industry Powerhouse Cindy K. Andreotti as Executive Chairman of the Board
Atlanta, GA – TelAuthority, LLC, the authority for sourcing, procurement and negotiation of world class telecommunication supplier contracts, announced today that former MCI president of enterprise markets, Cindy K. Andreotti, has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board.
Andreotti, a 25+year seasoned veteran in the telecommunications industry and President and CEO of The Andreotti Group, brings her vast industry experience, proven track record and insightful perspective into the dynamics of large enterprise sourcing initiatives. Having been instrumental in building AT&T and then MCI into global powerhouses, that dominated the enterprise segment, Andreotti has a profound understanding of the needs of C-level IT and sourcing executives.

Prior to becoming President and CEO of The Andreotti Group, a strategic business advisory firm, Andreotti served in a variety of senior executive positions with MCI for 14 years. As President of Business Markets, Andreotti was responsible for a $14B P&L, 9500 employess worldwide, 62,000 customers both domestic and global, retail and wholesale including Government Markets. Most recently, she was president of enterprise markets where she led the most successful and profitable business units at MCI. Before joining MCI in 1990, Andreotti was with AT&T for 12 years, where she rapidly ascended through the executive management ranks by providing world class results and producing some of the company’s most important enterprise account wins.
An active member of the community, Andreotti is Vice Chairman of the Japan America Society, a cabinet member of the Los Angeles Music Center, and serves as a member of the board of directors for both Rivermine Software, Inc. and APAC Customer Services, Inc. Also a former member of the executive committee for the Red Cross and the Accenture Women’s Leadership Forum, Andreotti was ranked as one of the most powerful women in the Washington DC metropolitan area by the Washington Post.
