Cynthia Wilson, Chief Administrative Officer
With over 17 years of experience, Cynthia Wilson, is both a visionary and pioneer in the telecommunications industry. As Chief Administrative Officer for TelAuthority LLC, Mrs. Wilson will be responsible for key management structure areas within the enterprise.
Prior to her position at TelAuthority she co-founded Telwares, Inc. in 1994 and she served in several executive capacities during her tenure with Telwares. She was responsible for organizations including Marketing, Human Resources, Administrative, and Accounting functions. Mrs. Wilson also managed several external vendor relationships.
Mrs. Wilson has a diverse background in the telecommunications sector, managing teams in Marketing, Project Management and Development for several of the major carriers. Prior to founding Telwares, she was Sprint’s Senior Manager of Carrier Services. In this position, she led a large development team of internal employees and external vendors that resulted in the launch of Sprint Carrier Transport, a major innovation in the wholesale industry. Once the platform was launched, she managed not only the ongoing development requirements, but also the nationwide Marketing efforts.
Prior to her position at Sprint, Mrs. Wilson had complete product marketing responsibility for the Operator Services and Payphone Product Line for MCI. She was the key manager responsible for the transition of Telecom USA’s Operator Services platform when the merger took place with MCI.
Prior to her role with MCI, Mrs. Wilson was the Marketing Director for Southland Systems, a small reseller. She also held positions in Customer Service and was a leading sales agent for this organization.
Cynthia holds a BS in Psychology from Auburn University. She lives in Destin, Florida, and is the mother of three boys.
